Helen began practising yoga in 1996 and started teaching 7 years later. Since 2002, one-to-one sessions with Paul Riddy have been undertaken to support and further her learning and interest in Yoga. In 2008, Helen completed a 6 year Practitioner training course with Paul Harvey at the Centre for Yoga Studies (cYs) in Bristol. The cYs is an accredited body by the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY). A member of the Association for Yoga Studies (aYs) and the Southampton Yoga Association, Helen is registered to teach in the UK with:
