Within group classes, you are taught postures and controlled breathing to link with movements. A balance of strength and flexibility is worked towards both for the body, breath and mind. The classes look to promote an increased sense of well-being physically and mentally. You are encouraged to work over time, in a way that helps your own body. The idea of it being your own yoga practice - even in a group setting - is emphasised.
